MapQuest just launched their 4 Mobile iPhone App with Turn by Turn Voice Commands for just $0. This GPS/Navigation app is the only free turn-by-turn GPS app for the iphone that we could find. It may not be perfect, but then again, you're not spending the $70 or so you would spend on one of the other turn-by-turn navigation apps.
