Geeks.com has the de-branded HP W2207 22-inch Widescreen Flat Panel LCD Monitor for $149 plus shipping.  Yours truly picked up the 24" version of this monitor 2 weeks ago and it is very nice.  Shipping is around $15.  We've seen this monitor for slightly cheaper from Buy.com, but this is still a great price for a high-end 22" LCD monitor.

We've featured this monitor's 24" big sibling for $199.99 and this is also a great deal at $139.99.  The monitor has gotten excellent reviews from owners and we just love the way this display looks.  Also, the monitor swivels 90 degrees so you can use it in portrait mode.  I just picked up one of the 24 inch models myself based on the stellar reviews and the swivel capability.
